CHS Foundation & Alumni Association

The Foundation/Alumni Association’s mission is to provide need-based tuition assistance to boys regardless of their financial situation and to supplement teachers’ salaries in order to attract and retain the best and the brightest educators.

What is the CHS Alumni March Madness Challenge?

Each graduating class competes in a tournament-style competition to determine the highest rate of participation in a fundraising drive benefitting the CHS Foundation/Alumni Association.

It runs March 1 – April 1, and the winning class claims the title of Catholic High’s 2019 Alumni March Madness champion. No trophies or plaques at stake. Just the biggest prize of all – bragging rights.

Q: If I give to Alumni March Madness Challenge, where is my money going?

A: A gift to the Alumni March Madness Challenge is a gift to the CHS Foundation/Alumni Association provides need-based tuition assistance to boys that cannot afford to attend Catholic High and helps supplement teachers’ salaries in order to attract and retain the best and the brightest in our classrooms.

Q: How does the Alumni March Madness Challenge work?

A: Make a minimum gift of $10 to the Catholic High School Foundation/Alumni Association in order to play; an amount of $10 or more counts. BUT GIVE ONLY ONE TIME. The name of the game is to encourage your classmates, even those long lost, to participate. Who knows… you might reconnect with an old friend. The class with the highest percentage of donors will win. Remember, participation – not dollar amount – is what counts.

Oh, and we do not count deceased alumni.
