Katie Stehle joined the Catholic High faculty in a new role for the 2026–2027 school year after serving as a reading tutor at Catholic High since 2016. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. After teaching Family and Consumer Sciences for three years, Mrs. Stehle earned her Dyslexia Endorsement in 2016 and has worked as a reading interventionist ever since. She is trained in Take Flight, Build, and JET and is currently pursuing her CALT certification. At Catholic High, she will provide literacy intervention and structured study support through the Freshmen Structured Study Hall program.
Growing up with an older brother that went to Catholic High, I knew I wanted to be a part of what he always referred to as “The Brotherhood.” I love that I’m able to explore so many of my interests, from joining Broadcast Journalism and JROTC my freshman year to becoming president of the drama club as a junior. As I get ready for college in two short years, I’m thankful for the opportunities I’ve been given at Catholic High that will help me stand out in the application process.
