Mr. Steve Aday ’02 joined the Catholic High faculty in the 2006-2007 school year. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas in English. He obtained a Master of Catholic School Leadership from the University of Dallas.
Mr. Aday has served as Assistant Principal since 2014. Prior to his administrative role, he worked as Alumni Director for the CHS Foundation and Alumni Association, strengthening connections between the school and its alumni.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Mr. Aday teaches English III and IV and Religion, serves as the Senior Skit Cheerleader Sponsor, and teaches both the ACT Preparation Course and Driver Education during the summer. He is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XL (2024–2025).
Growing up with an older brother that went to Catholic High, I knew I wanted to be a part of what he always referred to as “The Brotherhood.” I love that I’m able to explore so many of my interests, from joining Broadcast Journalism and JROTC my freshman year to becoming president of the drama club as a junior. As I get ready for college in two short years, I’m thankful for the opportunities I’ve been given at Catholic High that will help me stand out in the application process.
